Terms of Service
Last updated July 19, 2026. An agreement between you and Small Cove Media LLC, Fresno, California.
What you're buying
A custom website for your barbershop, built by us, hosted by us, and maintained by us. $297 one time to build it, then $50 a month to keep it running. Prices are in US dollars.
What's included
The build itself, hosting, security and software upkeep, and ongoing text and photo edits to your existing pages: hours, prices, services, promos, photos, and barbers joining or leaving. Larger work such as new page types or custom features is quoted separately, and most shops never need it.
What we need from you
Your booking link, your logo and photos if you have them, and answers to the onboarding form. We can build from what's already public about your shop, but the site is better when you send real photos. If we cannot reach you for 30 days during the build, we will pause the project and pick it up when you resurface.
Timeline
Most sites go live within about a week of the onboarding form coming back. Delays are almost always waiting on photos or domain access.
Your domain and your content
Your domain is registered in your name and you own it. Your photos, your logo, and your content stay yours. If you cancel, you keep all of it.
Billing and cancellation
The $297 setup is charged once, up front. The $50 monthly subscription starts at purchase and renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel anytime by emailing or texting us, and it stops at the end of that billing period. We do not prorate partial months.
The $297 setup covers work we perform immediately and is non-refundable once the build has started. If we have not started your build, ask and we will refund it.
When you cancel, we take the site offline. Tell us and we will hand you the files. Your domain stays yours either way.
If payment fails
We will retry the card and let you know. If it stays unpaid for 14 days, the site is suspended until payment goes through. Your domain is not affected.
Acceptable use
Don't ask us to publish anything illegal, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights. You confirm you have the right to use the photos, logos, and content you send us. We may decline or remove content on those grounds.
The honest limits
We build and maintain your website. We do not control your booking platform, your domain registrar, or your hosting provider's uptime, and we are not responsible for their outages. We do not guarantee any particular number of bookings, customers, or search rankings from having a website.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the preceding three months. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. Active customers get an email before anything material changes, and continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
Governing law
California law governs this agreement, and disputes are handled in the state or federal courts serving Fresno County, California.
