What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you type: your name, shop name, email address, phone number, and details about your business such as your current website, booking link, and social handles.
When you buy, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
We also collect basic technical information automatically: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, browser and device type.
Cookies and advertising tools
This site uses the Meta Pixel, a cookie-based tool from Meta Platforms. It tells us which pages you viewed and whether you took an action such as starting a purchase, so we can measure our advertising and show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. You can control this in your Facebook ad settings, or by blocking cookies in your browser. Blocking them will not break this site.
How we use it
To build and support your website, to contact you about your project, to process payment, and to measure our own advertising. That is all.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make this work: Stripe (payment), GoHighLevel (our CRM, forms, and scheduling), Netlify (hosting), Google Workspace (email), and Meta (advertising measurement). We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else.
Calls and texts
If you give us your phone number, you agree we may call or text you about your website project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, and we will stop. Opting out of texts does not affect your service.
How long we keep it
As long as you are a customer, and afterward only as long as needed for records and legal obligations.
Your choices
Email us and we will tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for asking. We do not sell personal information.
Children
This service is for business owners. It is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
If we update this policy, the date at the top changes. Material changes get an email to active customers.
